Wtf he gave that resurrection water to that gu clan guy we never saw him before.I actually like MCs who works only for themselves or only for 1 or 2 close allies not for everyone like this MC does.It should be him against world powers but in this anime he makes enemies for others who doesn't even fight when strong enemies come.he must have saved it because in future he will definitely need it.He is just made whole continent his enemy now he didn't had any business with them but he took it upon himself to get used by others and make all enemies. The leader of yun alliance didn't even came out to see enemy .he is always used by his students or some old dude but when he actually needs helps no one helps him except his father or maybe that old master also helps here and there

The 1MC vs world is a stupid idea. You already seen that the MC can't win versus multiple enemies if they're all higher tier than him even with multiple divine treasure and massive boosts (remember the Mu clan vs the other 3 clan war; he and his OP father badly lost). He needs allies and he's building up his support base and logistics to do so.
